Public appreciation of aesthetically pleasing and technically adept lighting schemes in the built environment is currently blossoming.

Workshops are scheduled for limited quarterly group sessions. These may be online or in-person. The sessions will be moderated and presented by professional consultants around topics crafted for various career path attendees. These sessions will be interactive in a group setting with an interactive breakout room, with possible pre-workshop preparations.
The topic range will include essential areas of business including Financial Strategies, Developing Sales Skills, Winning Proposal Strategies, Business Planning, Startup Fundamentals, and Strategies for Retirement Planning. Attendees with benefit from sage advice from professional consultants and post-webinar networking with their peers. Webinars are bi-monthly 45-60min presentations. The topic/discussion is crafted for various career path attendees to engage, educate, and elevate business acumen. These sessions will be in a lecture format in a group setting with network opportunities.
The topic range will include essential business areas including Leadership Skills, Project Performance/Forecasting, Vertical Career Development, and Marketing/Presentation Skills designed for mid-career and Emerging Leaders. Attendees benefit from sage advice from professional consultants and post-webinar networking with their peers. We intend to inspire our industry to raise the knowledge business bar for successful careers. Access to webinars will be available on a subscription basis in the library.
